A Little Personal Background Info On 

Victor M. Delgado

Victor was born and raised in the Lindale Park Community in Houston, Texas. His Mother Shirley, originates from a farming and ranching family in the East Texas Piney Woods area near Henderson, Texas. She worked in Shreveport Louisiana as an oil company secretary where she was rather popular for a Boyfriend named Elvis Presley she had in 55 and 56 that was becoming famous quickly in the Southern States Music Circuit, later expanding his popularity to include the entire world. She later married Victor's Father, a Medical Doctor from Monterrey, Mexico, practicing in Shreveport Louisiana. They eventually  moved  to Houston Texas where he began his own medical practice in the North Side of Houston. Dr. Delgado would later become one of the founding members of the Houston Chapter of the Mexican American Chamber of Commerce, and also KXLN, Channel 45, Houston's first Hispanic Television Station. It was later purchased by the Univision Network.

Victor attended St.Thomas High School followed by Houston Community College and the University of Houston. His primary study was in business and business information systems. He has had extensive experience surrounding the real estate and associated fields to include, Management, finance, property and casualty insurance, Real Estate Development, and Real Estate Sales. He is Bilingual (English, Spanish). He shares his home with his wife Carolina and his three Chihuahuas, Twinkie, Felicia and Dash. He is a Texas Parks and Wild Life Volunteer Angler Instructor and enjoys teaching kids and families about fishing, the outdoors and conservation. He is co founder and webmaster of Surf-Masters.com , a family oriented fishing website that teaches all you ever wanted to know about surf fishing  and saltwater fishing the Texas Gulf Coast.  He is a volunteer for AVANCE, and the Fatherhood program, co-sponsoring a yearly fishing trip taking families saltwater fishing to the Texas Coast, many of which have never been before, teaching good conservation oriented outdoor activities to families in order to help strengthen the family bonds. Some of his other personal interests include, wood working, electronics, computers, hunting, camping. He has always held an interest and fascination for aviation.  He is currently scratch building a 2 place Sonex aircraft, an all metal experimental Light Sport Aircraft.

Victor is a a member of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is  dedicated, and his focus is to provide you with the professional assistance you will need in getting through your Real Estate Transaction smartly and thoroughly, from the Search to the Move in, or the listing of your property to sell to the Move out and beyond.
